Click the link above for more information on holding a Private Party! Our BYOB Art Parties and private parties are "Paint Your Own". Participants choose from paintings on display. The instructor will walk around and give instructions on chosen paintings. We provide canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons & fun! CLASSES are for beginners as well as seasoned painters...the main objective is to have fun!!! At the end of the evening, you'll have a one-of-a-kind creation and a newfound talent you'll want to explore along with lots of great memories to share. No two paintings are ever alike! This is not your average art class, this is ART ENTERTAINMENT! PAYMENTS: You can pay for classes (in the section above) with a credit or debit card. Every participant must purchase a ticket in advance. Art Classes are for paying painters only. CANCELLATIONS, at least 24 hours in advance, will be given 30 days credit to reschedule. No shows will not receive credit. Art On The River may change the artist, postpone the class or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Customers will be notified in advance and credit will be issued. FUNDRAISERS: We can host your fundraiser art class. The organization receives 50% of the profits. Email for more information. INSTRUCTOR: Orene Custer has been an artist for over 40 years working with both oils and acrylics. She took art classes from K.K. Simpson and at Del Mar College. Several of her paintings won awards at Del Mar College. THE OWNERS: Brenda Geffert and her husband, Wayne, live in the house with the beautiful deck overlooking the Nueces River and have a ranch in George West. Orene Custer and her husband, Mark, have a ranch in George West. Brenda & Orene have been friends for over 30 years.
